The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on March 6, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Lutz Community Center, 98 1st Ave NW, 33548.

Below is a proposed Agenda for the Annual Meeting. If you have any questions regarding the proposed Agenda, please come to the meeting, where they will be addressed. If you cannot attend, please send your written questions with a neighbor.

  • Fence repair approved
  • Annual payment of $500 due no later than March 31, 2025. Mail your check to to PO Box 1231, Lutz, FL 33548. Be sure your home address is on your check.
