CCHOA Annual Meeting and Dues Reminder

Dear Homeowners,
Please note that your single annual payment of $500.00 is due no later than March 15, 2025.
Please make out your check to CCHOA and use the self-addressed stamped envelope provided when the Board delivers it to your home to mail your check to PO Box 1231, Lutz, FL 33548.
If your home address is not on your check, be sure to write it in the Note line on the check so that your payment is credited to the proper account.
The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on February 13, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Lutz Community Center, 98 1st Ave NW, 33548.
Attached is a proposed Agenda for the Annual Meeting. If you have any questions regarding the proposed Agenda, please come to the meeting, where they will be addressed. If you cannot attend, please send your written questions with a neighbor.

I'm a Tampa girl who went to HHS (go Big Red!), graduated Auburn (War Eagle!), where I met my husband Jim, moved to Atlanta, then OKC (where the wind finally blew us away!), and finally came back home to Tampa (I have a son from each state), where I taught at English USF while pursuing a PhD and now am a self-employed copyeditor and web developer here in Lutz in Crystal Cove. I love my country, my church (Idlewild), my family (9 grandkids), and my best-in-the-world friends. My other interests are gardening, watercolor painting, card making, and Bible journaling.
